About shipments
To guarantee the best transport service, we rely on the leading company in quality, service and efficiency such as SEUR and this allows us to offer our clients a 24/48h delivery guarantee, although it is true that there may be delays and external incidents. at the service of the carrier, such as strikes, inclement weather (floods, blocked roads...), accidents, etc... If such exceptions were to occur, our store would be exempt from any type of responsibility for these purposes.
Our customers can constantly track their package thanks to the advance notice that SEUR will send them by email with the link to know the status of the shipment at all times.
All our shipments are insured, so if there is any damage after delivery, caused by poor management by the transport company, the insurance will cover both the damage and the shipping costs of any replacement. For the insurance to take effect, notice must be given within the 48 hours established by the LOTT law. After 48 hours from delivery, the insurance will not cover the merchandise.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days (7 business days) to return any product. If after receiving the merchandise you are not satisfied, we will refund your money. In this case, you must send an email to info@banburyarte.com indicating the reasons for your return.
For the return to be effective, you must return the merchandise postage paid by private courier, duly packaged, protected and essential with its original packaging and box, assuming any damage that may arise from the return to our facilities. Once we receive it at our facilities and after verifying its perfect state of reception, the purchase amount will be refunded within a period of no more than 48 hours.
