The purpose of these general conditions is to regulate the relationship between Banbury Arte and you regarding all transactions carried out in our virtual store.
The price will be the one set and stipulated in the rates according to the product selected by the client. Value Added Tax is included in these rates.
Banbury Arte reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate at any time and without prior notice, and may update products and services daily based on the market.
Shipping costs will be indicated in the order requested by the customer.
3.- DELIVERY PROCEDURE.
The procedure will be the one chosen in the order request process made by the client. Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the customer.
In the event that at the time of placing the purchase order there is no available stock of the requested product, Banbury Arte will offer the customer the possibility of purchasing a product with similar characteristics.
4.- PAYMENT FORMS.
The form will be the one chosen by the client in the order request process that precedes contractual acceptance.
5. - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.
The client will have the right to withdraw from the contract during a period of 14 calendar days without indicating the reason and without incurring any cost, unless there is expressly selected a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method, in which case the entrepreneur will not be obliged to reimburse the additional costs derived from this.
The client may exercise the right of withdrawal (a) on the day that the client or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquires material possession of the goods ordered, or (b) in the case of delivery of multiple goods ordered by the consumer in the same order and delivered separately, on the day that the latter or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquires material possession of the last of the goods.
The businessman will refund any payment received from the client, including, where applicable, delivery costs, without undue delay, being essential to do so after communication by email indicating the reference number and , in any case, before 14 days have elapsed. natural from the date on which they have been informed of the decision to withdraw from the consumer contract. The customer will only assume the direct costs of the return.
However, the businessman may withhold the refund until he has received the goods, or until the customer has presented proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.
The client must return the purchased item or deliver it to the businessman, or to a person authorized by the businessman to receive them, without any undue delay, being essential to do so with the original seal and packaging and without any manipulation and, in any case, no later than within a period of 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to the employer. The deadline will be considered met if the consumer and user returns the goods before the 14 calendar day period has expired.
The client will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling them other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.
6.- LEGAL GUARANTEE.
Banbury Arte will not be responsible for the guarantee of the products purchased by the client, since it is the one offered by their manufacturer.
7.- AFTER-SALES SERVICE.
In the case of missing pieces in a puzzle product served to the customer, they will be sent to the manufacturer in order to apply the after-sales policy by which it is governed.
8.- CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY.
The client undertakes to make lawful use of the services without contravening current legislation or harming the rights and interests of third parties.
The client guarantees the veracity and accuracy of the data provided when completing the contract form, avoiding causing harm to Banbury Arte.
9.- CONTRACTUAL RESOLUTION.
Failure to comply with any of the stipulated general conditions will lead to the termination of the contract, leading to the withdrawal of the product or cancellation of the services by Banbury Arte without prior notice to the client and without giving rise to the right to any compensation.
10.- COURTS AND JURISDICTION.
Any controversy arising from this contract will be submitted to the jurisdiction and courts of the client's domicile or compliance with the obligation.
